My 31-year journey as an artist and leader began with my training at the prestigious Arts Educational Schools in London. It's a path that has taken me to stages and film sets with world-class performers like Angelina Jolie, Gerard Butler, and James McAvoy.
As an educator and speaker, I've trained thousands of students and professionals worldwide over the last three decades. I also co-founded and served as Dean of a conservatory, building systems to train the next generation of creatives.
As the host of the Storia podcast, with over 14 million views, I've connected with a global audience about the power of authentic communication.
In all my work, I saw a single, universal pattern: most people are burning out performing for an identity, not from it.
This insight became my mission: to build a system that fixes this. I now bring that same mission to leaders, teams, and speakers, teaching them to unlock their most powerful, authentic presence.
