The Work

Five stages. One must-win moment.

Every engagement is bespoke, shaped around the room you are walking into. What stays the same is the architecture. Five stages of the work, each one building on the last, each one measured against the moment ahead.

01

Diagnosis

A private strategy call. We map the moment ahead, the audience in the room, and the exact gap between where your delivery is today and what the room demands. Honest. Direct. No pitch deck.

Stage 1. Mapping
02

Foundation

Strip the performer off the person. Identify the authentic self the room actually needs to see. Build the psychological core that lets you stop hiding behind data, a polished script, or a version of yourself you inherited.

Stage 2. Identity
03

Body and Voice

Posture, gesture, stillness, eye contact, breath, vocal range, rhythm, weight, restraint. The silent grammar of authority, trained until your presence speaks before you do.

Stage 3. Instrument
04

Story and Craft

Your argument, sharpened. Your story, structured. The words that open the room, the ones that hold it, and the line that lands the close. Writing and rewriting until every beat earns its seconds.

Stage 4. Words
05

The Room

Live rehearsal. Simulated pressure. Delivery refined under load until the moment itself feels like a rerun of the room you have already owned six times over. Then you walk in.

Stage 5. Delivery

Not a templated curriculum. The path is the scaffolding. Your engagement is built on it, shaped entirely around the moment ahead.

Book a Strategy Call
Process

Three steps. Zero performance theater.

The whole relationship is intimate and direct. A strategy call to see if we are a fit. The private work. And the moment you were hired for. Nothing in between that does not earn its place.

01

Strategy Call

A private 30-minute conversation. You tell me the moment ahead. I diagnose what is in the way. We decide together, honestly, whether working 1-to-1 is the right next step.

02

Private Engagement

Bespoke, intensive, 1-to-1 only. No cohorts, no group programs, no templated curriculum. Every session is shaped around the specific room you are walking into and the person the room needs to see.

03

Your Moment

The keynote. The board. The pitch. The launch. The close. You walk in having already owned it six times over in the work, and deliver the version the room needs without apology.

Case Study

Before the room. After the work. The moment that paid.

A real engagement, walked through in Fab's own words. What changed, what stayed, and what the leader took into the room that week.

Why Fab

A coach who has actually moved the room. Not someone reading from a book about it.

The craft is earned in the doing. Twenty years of stages, film sets, and directing rooms means the work you get is not theory. It is trained instinct, transferred directly to the moment you are walking into.

An actor's craft

Twenty plus years performing, directing, and teaching the technical craft of moving rooms. The work comes from inside the profession, not outside it.

1-to-1 only

No cohorts. No group programs. One leader, one coach, one must-win moment. Attention is never diluted across a room of clients.

Bespoke, not templated

Every engagement is built around the specific room ahead. No off-the-shelf curriculum. The work bends to the moment, never the other way around.

Results that close

Not applause metrics or feel-good notes. Booked deals, funded rounds, sealed commitments, standing ovations that actually turn into contracts. The moment has to pay.

The Disruptive Storyteller

We are all storytellers. Your voice must be heard.

The Lies

The static in your head that keeps you hiding.

You are an imposter. Your story is not polished enough, so hide behind data. You are not a performer. You are not meant for the stage. Your voice is not strong enough.

These are the excuses silencing your conviction.

The Truth

Presence is not a gift. It is a skill you can unlock.

You are not an imposter. You were handed the wrong tools. You do not need a polished story, you need an authentic one. The "performer" you fear is just the real, connected you.

It is time to be seen. Heard. Known.

Meet Fab

Twenty years of stages. One purpose. Your voice.

Fabiano Altamura is an actor, director, and presence coach who spent two decades learning exactly what moves a room, then turned that craft on the one stage that matters most: yours.

He works privately with founders, executives, and keynote speakers who refuse to waste their must-win moment on a performance that sounds like everyone else. The work is intimate, direct, and shaped entirely around the moment ahead.

Who Fab Works With

Leaders with a must-win moment in the calendar.

Every engagement is selective. The common thread is simple. Somebody senior is walking into a room the following week, month, or quarter, and the moment is too important to phone in.

Questions

Things leaders actually ask on the first call.

How long is a typical engagement?

It depends entirely on the moment ahead. A focused keynote intensive can run two to four weeks of concentrated private work. A broader executive engagement covering multiple high-stakes moments may run a quarter or longer. We scope it together on the strategy call, based on what the room actually demands.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope of the engagement, which is scoped against the moment ahead. It is not a subscription, and there is no off-the-shelf package. On the strategy call we discuss what the work looks like for your specific moment, and a clear proposal follows. No contracts are signed on the call itself.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. Most 1-to-1 work is done privately over video with intensive focus. For specific rooms that require it, in-person work in advance of the event is available. We decide together which format serves the specific moment best.

What is the Dream Circle Workshop?

The Dream Circle is an on-site team intensive for leadership teams and organizations who want to transform how their people communicate across the business. It is distinct from 1-to-1 private coaching. If you are asking on behalf of a team rather than an individual leader, mention it on the strategy call.

How is this different from a speaking coach or Toastmasters?

Speaking technique is one input among many. The work is about presence. The real self the room needs to see, the story that deserves the time, the body and voice trained to carry it. You do not walk out with tighter speaker mechanics. You walk out a different leader.

How do I know if we are a good fit?

You have a specific moment or pattern of moments that matter. You are willing to do real work in private, not buy a certificate. You want to sound more like yourself in the room, not less. If that is the description, the strategy call will be productive either way.
